The Apprentice - Los Angeles! One my most favorite shows!!!!

Since I practice the profession of Project Management, I really enjoy critiquing the folks on this show. In my world if a project fails - ultimately it is the PM's fault - ain't no boardroom, it's your ass or your job depending how big of a failure it was. I like to analyze the candidates, this season, as in the past most all of them are highly educated, have successful numbers in sales, own a lucrative business, or even are already millionaires like James. The question that rides in the back of my mind is.... since they are already so successful - how do they have time to go through a freakin 7 or 8 week job interview, putting up with a lot of bullshit, and why would they want to "work" for someone ??

The new candidates didn't impress me much. Trump has filled the typical roles, the New Yorker, 2 black men - that's a first, black woman (well Jamican), blonde cutie, brunette cutie, cocky white boy, dumb white boy. There are a couple of new entries into the candidate pool - a Korean guy named James, a former Olympian and a Indian man - Surya. I like diversity, so the additions are great.

The one that seemed to be the biggest fruitcake, was the first fired tonight! Martin, is probably a very smart and tenacious Attorney, but my god he is such a cornball!

Look at that damn outfit - I love Gingham shirts too, but how in the hell is he wearing it!

Now this guy - Surya, one word HAIR! I don't care how damn good you are - this is not becoming to an executive - It was worse on the show - TRUST.

Have they ever had this many people of color at one time on this show?

Hi! I just found your blog..probably because I am obsessed with "The Apprentice" and "Survivor". I must say, I agree with your post. Doesn't seem like anyone outstanding jumps out at me yet. And why do they want to work for someone else if they're sooooo successful. I don't get it either. :)
